Is there a parking lot?

A free parking lot is on our farm premises.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, a reservation is required. Regarding reservations for events, please access the reservation page onour website,or call0942-27-6400We only accept On the day-reservation by phone, if there is an opening.

Is there condensed milk?

It's sold at the reception.
As the stock is very limited, please note it might be sold out.

How can I cancel the reservation? Will the cancellation fee be charged?

If you made a reservation via the website, please access it_below.Required reservation ID indicated in the reservation confirmed e-mail.

If cancel on the day, please make a phone call to0942-27-6400. There's no cancellation fee.

Can we enjoy a strawberry picking event in winter?

As it will be held inside the greenhouse, you can enjoy it without the cold.

How can we cancel the reservation or change the number of participants on the day?

Please make a phone call to_0942-27-6400.However, kindly note we might not be able to response shortly.

What is the payment method?

We accept only cash for payment and can not be purchased in advance. We ask for your payment at the reception. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Can we take home the strawberries after the event?

The strawberries picked by customers are not permitted to be taken home. Please eat it on our farm. Strawberries for souvenirs are sold at the reception.

Are strawberries sold (in packs) directly?

Yes, we sold strawberries directly.
As the stock is very limited, please note it might be sold out.

Can we bring my pets to spend the day together?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed onsite. However, contact us if you have any requests for bringing the guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs, beforehand.
